DIY: Pom Pom Hem Blouse

I thrifted this basic, casual Ann Taylor loungewear top. It reminds me of something you would wear to the beach or just throw on, on a lazy day.

I decided to give the top a makeover by adding pom poms to the hem; giving it an extra summery vibe.

What you’ll need:

  • Blouse
  • Pom pom trim
  • Scissors
  • Pins
  • Sewing Machine

  1. Measure out the hem of your top to know how much trim you will need. I did the mistake of not measuring and I barely had enough! So make sure to measure!

Don’t be afraid to look at the upholstery trim for pom pom trim; that’s where I found mine.

2. Fold the ends of the trim and stitch. You don’t want any unraveling.
